We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in the Philippines to work remotely and help us identify and deliver top-tier talent within the local market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Proactively identify and engage with agricultural organizations and companies in the Philippines, building strong partnerships to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Talent Sourcing & Research: Conduct detailed research and source candidates within the Philippines for roles in agriculture, natural sciences, and biotechnology using platforms like LinkedIn and local professional networks.

  • Collaboration with Specialists: Coordinate with AGT’s agricultural and scientific experts to ensure client needs are met by sourcing the most suitable talent for each role.

  • Local Market Trends & Strategic Insights: Stay updated on local industry trends, recruitment challenges, and market opportunities, providing valuable insights to AGT leadership.

  • Pipeline Organization & Communication: Manage a well-organized pipeline of client leads and candidates in the Philippines, ensuring clear, timely communication and follow-ups.

  • Consultative Client Interaction: Act as the main contact for local clients, understanding their hiring needs, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Innovative Recruitment Approaches: Utilize modern recruitment techniques, including AI tools and market-specific strategies, to meet the evolving needs of Philippine-based clients.

  • Content Creation for Brand Recognition: Develop and contribute content aimed at building AGT's brand and establishing a strong presence in the Philippine agricultural and biotechnology recruitment sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher)

  • Talent acquisition experience is a plus; however, we invite candidates at the beginning of their professional journey to apply.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and networks.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.

  • Experience with AI tools is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Knowledge of the agricultural, biotechnology, and natural sciences sectors in the Philippines is a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation: Initially, the compensation will be based on competitive commission rates. However, as the company grows and based on your performance, there will be opportunities to transition to a base salary model, which will be offered in addition to the high commissions.
